Blackberry Smoke és un grup americà de Rock d'Atlanta (Geòrgia - Estats Units d'Amèrica) que combina Rock sudista, Country Rock, Bluegrass i Hard Rock. Els seus membres són Charlie Starr (veu principal i guitarra), Richard Turner (baix i segones veus), Brit Turner (bateria), Paul Jackson (segona guitarra i veus), i Brandon Still (teclats).

Han actuat arreu dels Estats Units tant com a caps de cartell com col·laborant en actes d'artistes com Zac Brown Band, Eric Church, ZZ Top i Lynyrd Skynyrd. El 26 d'agost de 2012 van actuar en un acte benèfic anomenat Boot Ride amb els actors de la sèrie Sons of Anarchy, patrocinat per The Boot Campaign del Happy Ending Bar and Grill a Hollywood, Califòrnia.[2]

El 2011 varen fer més d'una vintena d'actuacions junt amb Zac Brown Band arreu dels Estats Units.[3][4] El seu àlbum Little Piece of Dixie fou premiat per la revista Paste entre altres publicacions.[5][6]

La banda tenia firmat contracte amb el segell de gravació de Zac Brown anomenat Southern Ground.[7] El 5 de novembre de 2014 però la banda anuncià que abandonava Southern Ground i signava amb Rounder Records.[8]

S'uneixen a la banda a l'estudi i a la gira del 2021 el percussionista d'Atlanta Preston Holcomb i el guitarrista Benji Shanks, que ha treballat amb The Black Crowes, entre d'altres.
