Újezd u Boskovic is a municipality and village in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 400 inhabitants.

Újezd u Boskovic lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Blansko, 30 km (19 mi) north of Brno, and 177 km (110 mi) south-east of Prague.
