El Salvador is a municipality and town in the Guantánamo Province of Cuba. It is located immediately north of the provincial capital, Guantánamo.

Demographics

In 2022, the municipality of El Salvador had a population of 41,420.[2] With a total area of 637 km2 (246 sq mi),[1] it has a population density of 65/km2 (170/sq mi). The urban population was 9,087.[3]
