Nikolai Aleksandrovitx Bulganin (errusieraz: Никола́й Алекса́ндрович Булга́нин; Nizhni Novgorod, 1895eko ekainaren 11Greg./maiatzaren 30aJul. - Mosku, 1975eko otsailaren 24a) sobietar politikaria izan zen. 1917an alderdi boltxeviken sartu zen eta 1918tik 1922ra Txekan lan egin zuen. 1918an Izu Gorria ezarri zuen bere jaioterrian. 1934an, Alderdi Komunistaren Batzorde Zentralean sartu zen ta Stalini zion leialtasunak purgatik salbatu zuen. 1938an lehen ministrorde eta SESBeko Estatu Bankuko presidente izendatu zuten. Bigarren Mundu Gerran komisario politikoa izan zen eta gerra amaitzean SESBeko mariskal izendatu zuten. 1947tik 1949ra Defentsa ministroa izan zen. Stalin hil ondoren, Khrustxevekin aliatu zen eta 1955ean lehen ministro izendatu zuten. 1958an dimititzera behartu zuten.
