Follow the Blind on power metal -yhtye Blind Guardianin toinen täyspitkä albumi.^[1] Yhtye jatkoi Follow the Blind levyllään tyylillisesti melko samalla tavalla kuin esikoisalbumillaan Battalions of Fearilla. Levyllä on muun muassa versio Beach Boysin Barbara Ann -kappaleesta, joka aloitti Blind Guardianin cover-sarjan 1960- ja 1970-lukujen pop-kappaleista.
