The Sword on amerikkalainen heavy metal -yhtye, joka perustettiin Austinissa, Texasissa vuonna 2003. Alusta lähtien bändi koostui laulaja ja kitaristi John D. Cronisesta, kitaristi Kyle Shuttsta ja basisti Bryan Richiestä, ja lokakuussa 2011 liittyi rumpali Santiago "Jimmy" Vela.

Vuonna 2018 yhtye ilmoitti jäävänsä määrittelemättömän mittaiselle tauolle. Lokakuussa 2022 yhtye ilmoitti lopettavansa.^[1]
