Alice Hathaway Roosevelt (née Lee; 29 Juli 1861 – 14 Februari 1884) adalah seorang sosialita Amerika dan istri pertama Presiden Theodore Roosevelt. Dua hari setelah melahirkan anak tunggal mereka, dia meninggal karena penyakit Bright yang tidak terdiagnosis.[1]
