Edward Seymour, Adipati Somerset ke-1 KG (s. 1500[1] – 22 Januari 1552) adalah Lord Protector Inggris pada Wangsa Tudor dari 1547 sampai 1549 di masa kekuasaan keponakannya, Raja Edward VI (1547–1553). Meskipun ia tenar di kalangan rakyat jelata, kebijakannya sering kali dikecam kaum ningrat dan ia digulingkan. Ia adalah kakak sulung Ratu Jane Seymour (w. 1537), salah satu istri dari Raja Henry VIII.
