Grumman G-21 Goose

Grumman G-21 Goose adalah pesawat amfibi sayap tinggi (high wing) yang dirancang oleh Grumman untuk melayani sebagai pesawat "komuter" delapan kursi untuk pengusaha di daerah Long Island. Goose itu monoplane Grumman pertama yang terbang, pesawat bermesin ganda pertama, dan pesawat pertama yang memasuki layanan penerbangan komersial.

Selama Perang Dunia II, Goose menjadi transportasi yang efektif bagi militer AS (termasuk United States Coast Guard), serta melayani dengan banyak angkatan udara lainnya. Selama permusuhan, Goose mengambil peningkatan jumlah tempur dan peran pelatihan. Transportasi beradaptasi terus walau digunakan pasca perang.
