Lukisan enkaustik

Lukisan enkaustik, juga dikenal sebagai lukisan lilin panas, melibatkan pemakaian lilin lebah yang dipanaskan untuk menambahkan pigmen warna. Cair atau pasta tersebut kemudian ditorehkan kepada sebuah permukaan—biasanya kayu, kanvas dan material lain yang sering dipakai.
