Tod Browning (nama lahir Charles Albert Browning, Jr.; 12 Juli 1880 – 6 Oktober 1962) adalah seorang pemeran, sutradara, dan penulis naskah film Amerika.[1] Karier Browning terbentang dari era film bisu dan film bersuara. Dikenal sebagai sutradara film Dracula (1931),[2] film kultus klasik Freaks (1932),[3] dan kolaborasi-kolaborasi film bisu klasik dengan Lon Chaney dan Priscilla Dean, Browning menyutradarai beberapa film dalam serangkaian besar genre.
