Achtung Baby je sedmi studijski album irskog rock sastava U2. Izdala ga je kuća Island Records 1991. godine. Nakon kritika koje je dobio njihov prethodni album, Rattle and Hum iz 1988., U2 je kombinirao alternativni rock, industrijalnu glazbu i dance u ovaj album. Tematski je mračniji i introspektivniji od njihovih prijašnjih djela. Pratila ga je Zoo TV turneja (1992. - 1993.), koja je bila značajna po korištenju multimedije kao prateći materijal.

Album je velikim dijelom inspiriran ponovnim ujedinjenjem Njemačke, a snimanje se odvijalo, među ostalim, u Hansa Ton studiju u Berlinu. Usprkos početnim problemima pri snimanju koji su navodno gotovo doveli do raspada benda, snimanje je dovršeno 1991. Achtung Baby se smatra jednim od najboljih albuma benda U2, i debitirao je na prvom mjestu Billboardove top-liste. Iz albuma je izvedeno pet singlova: "The Fly", "Mysterious Ways", "One", "Even Better Than The Real Thing" i "Who's Gonna Ride Your Wild Horses".
