Karbamoil-fosfatna sintaza (amonijak) (EC 6.3.4.16, ugljen-dioksid—amonijak ligaza, karbamoilfosfatna sintaza, karbamilfosfatna sintetaza, karbamoilfosfatna sintaza (amonijak), karbamoilfosfatna sintetaza, karbamilfosfatna sintetaza I) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ugljen-dioksid:amonijak ligaza (formira ADP, karbamatna fosforilacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

2 ATP + NH3 + CO2 + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } 2 ADP + fosfat + karbamoil fosfat
