Sjedinjene DržaveMulan je američki animirani film snimljen 1998. godine u režiji Tonyja Bancrofta i Barryja Cooka, odnosno produkciji studija Walt Disney. Predstavlja adaptaciju kineske legende o ratnici Hua Mulan. Protagonistica, čiji glas posuđuje Ming-Na, doznaje kako je kineski car njenog oca regrutirao u rat protiv Huna, te se, izdajući se za muškarca zauzima njegovo mjesto. Mulan, napravljen u doba tzv. Disneyeve renesanse, je doživio izuzetan uspjeh, kako i kod publike, tako i kod kritike, a posebno iz feminističkih krugova. Jedan od motiva za snimanje Disneyu je, između ostalog, bilo i nastojanje da se kroz film koji veliča kineski patriotizam poboljšaju odnosi sa kineskom vladom, narušeni filmom Kundun iz 1997. godine, odnosno tako za Disneyeve filmove otvori sve lukrativnije i sve važnije kinesko tržište.
