Conwentzia psociformis[4] är en insektsart som först beskrevs av Curtis 1834. Conwentzia psociformis ingår i släktet Conwentzia och familjen vaxsländor.[5][6][7] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[7] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[5]
