Natalie Merchant, född 26 oktober 1963, är en amerikansk sångerska och låtskrivare.

Hon började som sångerska i den amerikanska indiepopgruppen 10,000 Maniacs 1981, 17 år gammal. Där stannade hon till 1993 då hon inledde en solokarriär. Hon fick snabbt framgångar på den amerikanska Billboard Hot 100-listan, med singeln "Carnival" som nådde plats 10 (1995). "Wonder" nådde plats 20 och "Jealousy" nådde plats 23 (båda 1996).
