Uroporfirinogen-III sintaza (EC 4.2.1.75, porfobilinogenaza, uroporfirinogenska izomeraza, uroporfirinogen III kosintaza, URO-sintaza, hidroksimetilbilanska hidrolijaza (ciklizacija)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom hidroksimetilbilan hidrolijaza (ciklizacija, formira uroporfirinogen-III).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroksimetilbilan uroporfirinogen III + H2O
U prisustvu enzima EC 2.5.1.61, hidroksimetilbilanske sintaze, ovaj enzim formira uroporfirinogen III iz porfobilinogena.
